What LaunchMyHustle stores, why, and how long it keeps it.
Who we are
LaunchMyHustle is operated from the United States and offered worldwide to adults. Questions, deletion requests, and appeals about a suspended page go to hello@launchmyhustle.com.
Your account
Sign-in uses Clerk, with Google or an email link. We store your Clerk user id, the email address Clerk verifies, and the workspace you own. There is one owner per workspace.
Pages and files
Drafts, published pages, and images you upload are stored on Cloudflare. A published page is public at its hosted address. Drafts stay private to your workspace.
Leads
When someone submits a form on your page, we store the answers on that form. Those answers may include a name, email address, phone number, and custom text, plus the time and page address. You can view and export them. Email alerts contain a count and a dashboard link. They do not contain the answers.
Billing
Stripe processes payments. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the dates that control access. We do not store full card numbers. The price is $19 per month including applicable tax.
Measurement
Optional measurement is explained on each published page and stays off until a visitor allows it for that page load. Allowed events go to PostHog in the United States. They include a random load id, page and workspace ids, time, approved campaign labels, and whether the load produced a new lead. They do not include form answers, a visitor IP address, or a persistent visitor identity.
Email and support
Account, billing, deletion, and abuse messages are sent from hello@launchmyhustle.com. Clerk sends sign-in email. An operator can see account status without lead contents. Opening lead contents requires a written reason, which we record. A suspended page names hello@launchmyhustle.com for an appeal. Nothing on the site promises a response time.
How long we keep it
Pages, leads, and uploads remain during the trial or subscription and through the recovery window after it ends: 30 days to export, then recovery without export until day 90, then deletion of those workspace records. Billing records and support audit records stay. Stripe, Clerk, PostHog, and email providers keep the copies they already accepted under their own retention. Cloudflare database backups can retain deleted rows for up to 30 days.
Your requests
Email hello@launchmyhustle.com to ask for a copy or deletion of information we control, or to appeal a suspension. Offering the service worldwide does not add a separate legal workflow for every country. We will act on requests for the LaunchMyHustle records described here.
