How the trial, billing, cancellation and refunds work.
Trial and price
The 14-day trial starts when you first publish a page and is not charged. The subscription is $19 US dollars per month. That price includes applicable tax. Stripe Tax uses the billing location collected at checkout to calculate the tax included in the $19.
Cancellation
You can cancel in the billing portal at any time. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund the unused part of a month.
When we refund a charge
If you were charged twice for the same period, or you could not use LaunchMyHustle for the whole paid period because of a failure on our side, email hello@launchmyhustle.com. We will refund that charge. This does not limit refund rights you have under the law where you live.
Failed renewal and retained work
If a renewal payment fails, published pages stay available for seven days while you update the payment method. After service ends, you can view and export existing leads for 30 days. You can resubscribe and recover retained pages and leads until 90 days after service ends. After that, those pages, leads, and uploads are deleted. A refund does not by itself restore data already deleted.
